Abstract
Time management is a vital skill for nursing students, as they must balance academic coursework with clinical training demands. This study aimed to assess nursing students’ knowledge and behavior regarding time management. A descriptive cross-sectional design was conducted at Riyadh Elm University. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire that included demographic characteristics, knowledge assessment, and behavior evaluation. A total of 120 undergraduate nursing students were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation tests. The results indicated that nursing students had varying levels of knowledge and time-management behaviors. Additionally, a positive association was found between knowledge and behavior. The study highlights the importance of enhancing time management skills among nursing students to improve academic achievement and clinical performance.
